·   To facilitate team building workshop design, we will collect information from client on team issues

·   We will recommend and agree with client the most suitable games and activities

·   We will recommend venue options for client’s consideration, and assist in booking where necessary (at client's cost)

·   Interactive facilitation with teamwork practices, games, and monitoring of team performance  

·   Debriefing - sharing of team experiences and observation by trainer 

·   Facilitated by one trainer and supported by one assistant

·   Completion Certificate for participants
