·   Per visit charge at HK$800 for visits to be conducted in Hong Kong

Project Objective

Enable client to understand performance of sales or service outlets so that their management can make improvements accordingly. The survey focuses on the following areas (may be modified by client):

·   Cleanliness and tidiness of outlet

·   Professional image

·   Service attitude

·   Understanding needs of customers

·   Introducing products (retail) or food (catering)

·   Handling objections and complaints

·   Completing transactions (retail) or handling payment (catering)

·   Flexible schedule in conducting visits (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly) 

·   Tailored made questionnaire (30 to 50 questions) focusing on selling process (retail) or service process (catering)
