Project Objective

Enable client to gather data on training and development plans and programs with an aim to help individuals and the organization to accomplish their goals. Management will acquire a full picture of employees’ strengths and expectations in training at the end of the survey. The survey focuses on the following areas (may be modified by client)：

·   Knowledge about organization and industry, e.g. VMV

·   Functional and technical skills, e.g. job skills, computer, etc.

·   Service skills, e.g. communication, customer service, professional image, handling complaints, etc.

·   Language skills, e.g. workplace English (spoken and written), written Chinese, PTH, etc.

·   Managing self, e.g. time management, creativity, presentation, etc.

·   People Management & Leadership, e.g. engaging the millennials, motivation, performance management, etc.

·   SME, HR, T&D

Delivery Details 

·   Survey questionnaire consisting of around 30 questions 

·   Employees submit their answers on Google Forms

·   Survey results analyzed to identify training programs needed for individual, department, and overall organisation

·   Training Needs Survey is conducted by Synergy International Group Ltd (consulting business) , CDTI’s parent company
