A competency-based interview involves questions that aim to evaluate the competencies of job candidates for the role in question.

During the interview, the interviewer asks questions about specific business situations and

the candidates answer by describing how they have handled similar situations in the past,

or what they would do if a situation as described takes place.

·   e-Certificate for each participant upon completion 

·   Lead time of 4-6 weeks required from subscription to course delivery

·   Local language voice-over for SE Asia and other locations on request

Subscription and Enrollment

·   Max 30 participants per e-Module

·   Min 3 e-Modules of any combination

·   We will provide a login password to the client for use by the Designated Participants until the course is completed 

·   Client will be requested to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure copyright protection:

-      no copying or downloading of the e-Module video

-      login password not disclosed to non-designated participants
